Account Suspension & Termination Policy
1909 may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account at any time for the following reasons:
- If evidence of a terms violation or fraudulent activity is found.
- Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
- Where there is reasonable suspicion of illegal activity or money laundering.
- Failure to pass identity verification or provision of false information.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Deposit Policy
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. Once a deposit is confirmed, the balance is typically credited instantly.
- All deposits must come from the user's own account.
- Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted.
Withdrawal Policy
- Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
- Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 72 hours.
Important Transaction Information
1909 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if fraud or illegal financial activity is suspected. Relevant authorities may be notified in such cases. Any funds erroneously credited due to a technical error may be reclaimed by 1909.
